COI:  certificate of insurance must be received at least 60 days prior to the event. Exhibitors must secure a minimum $1 million general liability insurance naming Outdoor Living Expos, LLC as an additional insured for the duration of the show.

Late Registration Fee:  vendor registrations received after November 1, 2925 will be charged an additional $200 late registration fee at checkout.

Only those products listed on the registration form will be allowed in this show. Additional products or services provided by your company at the show must have prior written approval by show management or they will be removed from the show.

Move in day is Thursday from 8am to 8pm. Vendors with Vehicles must contact us at 928-304-8581 prior to move in day for special instructions. 

Move out is Sunday 4pm to 8 pm.

Show hours are Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Early move outs are not allowed. Violators will not be invited back to future shows.

Special promotional days:  Friday is Boomer Day, free admission if born between 1946 – 1964.  Saturday is Teacher’s Day, free admission for pre -kindergarten to post graduate instructors.  Sunday is First Responders Day, to include active military, veterans, firefighters, and police officers both active and retired.

Inside booths are professionally draped with an 8 foot high back walls and 3 foot high side walls.  Displays must not block vendors on either side.

Indoor:  10 x 10 = $995.    10 x 20 = $1790.    10 x 30 = $2680.    20 x 20 = $3184

Outdoor:  1 spc = $495.     2 spc = $890.     3 spc = $1,335.    RV /Tiny Homes = $2,695
